How it works
- Find a ticket you like, or use the search tabs for cruises, flights, events and transfers.
- Sign in and send a free enquiry with your date, group size and any questions.
- A real person reviews your request and comes back with options and prices.
- Nothing is booked or charged until a provider confirms and you say yes.
Your enquiries
Where can I see my requests?
Every enquiry is saved in My trips, with its reference number and current status.
What do the statuses mean?
Requested means we have your enquiry. Reviewing means we are looking into it. Closed means it has been answered or completed.
Can I cancel an enquiry?
Yes. While a request is still marked as requested, you can cancel it from My trips with one click.
Can I change my dates?
Please cancel the original request and send a new one with your updated details.
Tickets and travel
Are prices shown?
Not yet. AllTicketing is in preview, and prices are confirmed with you before anything is booked.
Do you sell flights and cruises?
You can send an enquiry for both, and we’ll reply with options to compare.
Can I book for a group?
Yes, enquiries accept up to 30 guests. For larger groups, please mention it in your notes.
Is my payment secure?
We aren’t taking payments during the preview. When payments open, they will be handled by a secure payment provider.
Keeping your details safe
Please don’t include passport numbers, card details or other sensitive information in an enquiry. We’ll only ask for what’s needed once a booking is confirmed. You can read more in our privacy information.
