Enquiries, not bookings

Sending an enquiry does not create a booking or a contract, and no payment is taken. A booking exists only once a provider confirms it and you accept the price and terms in writing.

Information on the site

Experiences shown during the preview are samples. Photos are illustrative, and descriptions of inclusions, durations and schedules are general guidance until confirmed with the provider.

Providers’ terms

When you book, the provider’s own terms, including cancellation and refund rules, will apply. We will share them with you before you pay.

Using the site

• Please don’t include sensitive personal or payment details in notes.
• Please don’t misuse the service or try to access other people’s accounts.
